How soon will I start getting leads?
Typically leads start coming in over the first 24 hours. However, keep in mind that all new ads go into the learning phase. During this time your campaign must generate 50 leads within 7 days to exit that phase. In this phase the algorithm is creating your audience based on the parameters we set up, as well as figuring out the best place to run your ads: feed, reels, stories, or third party placements. Building a successful campaign takes time. You will see leads in the first few days, but real volume and performance won't begin until your audience has been found.
What is the learning phase?
This is the period when a new campaign goes live and the platform's algorithm is creating your audience and figuring out how to find it among all the users on the platform. Every campaign goes through this, and to exit it the ad has to generate 50 leads over a 7 day period. Facebook explains it here:
the importance of the learning phase.
What should my weekly budget be?
We always want to start campaigns around $80 a day and scale from there. The key to having success with this or any other type of lead is volume. You should work your way to at least 100 to 150 leads a week to see the best results. Once the ad is out of learning we begin scaling to get you that volume. That's about $700 a week, and some of our clients spend as much as $1,500 a week once they see the success and how they can grow their production by investing more into paid ads.
How many states should I be licensed in?
We recommend at least 15 to 20 states to start. The agents with the lowest cost per lead are always the ones licensed in 30 or more. The larger your audience, the faster the ad performs and the lower your cost per lead.
Will my leads go into my CRM automatically?
Yes. We connect your ad campaigns into your CRM. We create a calendar funnel as well, so every lead that submits also has the opportunity to book an appointment with you. We also make sure all AI automations, workflows, the AI booking bot and notifications are set up properly so leads get engaged the second they come in.
How long before my campaigns are live?
We have a 3 to 5 day setup time for all campaigns. That applies from the moment we have access to both your CRM and ad accounts. Without the proper access we cannot launch your ads. Please follow your onboarding email instructions, and if you have any questions reach out to your account manager.
What type of creatives are these?
All of our ads use video creatives made in house by our team. We do NOT run bait and switch ads, state funds, or any misleading messaging. Our creatives all talk about insurance and the fact that there is a cost.
What info will I receive from each lead?
We typically start all campaigns and lead forms with first name, last name, city, state, zip, email, phone number, beneficiary and date of birth. As your audience builds we can run additional lead forms with more questions.
How many times should I call my leads?
You should be calling every lead within 5 to 10 minutes of receiving it, and you should dial all leads as many times as allowed by TCPA regulations for each state. Activity on your leads is the only way you'll get people on the phone and have a chance to present. Our most successful clients are doing 150 to 300 dials a day. Keep in mind, to have that activity you need the right amount of leads. Calling 30 leads 300 times a day will not do anything for you.
How many sales can I get from these leads?
We typically see a range of 5% to 12% closing rates on social media leads. This varies greatly depending on your activity, sales skill and having a proper system. If you find that after 30 days you're closing below 5%, reach out to your managers or upline and work on sales training and call reviews.
